<li>Manage contractors and vendors associated with facilities development and operations. Oversee the implementation and documentation of the University plans, historic facilities records, and archives.</li>
<li>Serve as the point of contact with appropriate city and county staff, agencies, commissions, and committees involved with approval, permitting and inspections of campus facilities.</li>
<li>Provide leadership on the implementation of federal regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) construction and building accommodation requirements, and CalOSHA and Fed-OSHA Industrial Safety orders.</li>

In support of the vision and mission of the University, the VCSA will lead a team to work effectively with students, both individually and by supporting student government, student organizations and clubs.
The successful candidate will be a talented and visionary individual who can work to develop innovative strategies in collaboration with academic and administrative departments to support and enhance student success. A master’s degree from an accredited institution is required, with a doctoral degree preferred. Also required is a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant and progressive senior-level administrative and leadership experience in higher education. Reporting directly to the Chancellor, the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs is a key leadership position responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for all aspects of student affairs at the university. The VCSA provides leadership for a variety of student support departments. Areas of responsibility for the student development support departments include: Dean of Students Office; Health Service; Counseling Services; Kimmel Belonging and Engagement Hub; an Early Childhood Center (an accredited daycare facility for children ages 2-5); and Career Development Center.

Job Summary: 
The Part-Time Club Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operation and success of the Club. This position is responsible for the daily operations of a Boys &amp; Girls Club site with a focus on delivering a high-quality, equitable member experience, managing facilities, and ensuring alignment with the Club’s mission and grant-funded initiatives. The Club Manager serves as an effective leader and communicator who can motivate staff and volunteers to uphold a culture of excellence, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, oversee program compliance, and promote financial sustainability. The role requires the ability to handle high workloads, meet deadlines, and manage interruptions with composure and ease. This is a grant-funded position, and continued employment is contingent upon the availability of funding.

Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities:
Mission Impact
<ul>
<li>Plan programs and activities that align with Boys &amp; Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee (BGCGM) mission and offer a positive member experience for youth ages 4–18.</li>
<li>Oversee implementation of high-quality programs through continuous quality improvement (CQI).</li>
<li>Manage program partner relationships to ensure consistent and mission-aligned programming.</li>
<li>Submit annual outcome tracking reports as required.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit comprehensive program plans for school year and/or summer programs.</li>
<li>Coordinate member registration processes to ensure accuracy and accessibility.</li>
<li>Conduct annual data certification to maintain accurate membership and participation records.</li>
</ul>
People Power
<ul>
<li>Recruit, hire, and onboard staff according to BGCGM and DCF251 requirements.</li>
<li>Facilitate new hire orientation and ongoing staff development, including annual professional development requirements.</li>
<li>Supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff performance, including timecard approvals and job changes.</li>
<li>Conduct regular 1:1s, staff meetings, and performance reviews.</li>
<li>Manage staff discipline as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure staff requirements compliance with DCF251 for group childcare centers.</li>

Safety

<li>Lead and implement child tracking, parent pick-up, and other child safety procedures according to BGCGM’s Member Care Manual and DCF251 regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain proper staff: child ratios during Club program hours.</li>
<li>Conduct monthly DCF walkthroughs to ensure compliance with state licensing requirements.</li>
<li>Complete and record incident reports and maintain medical logbook as required by DCF251.</li>

* Oversee facility and vehicle maintenance, including annual vehicle inspections, preventative maintenance, and cleanliness.
* Track and monitor Club vehicle routes for safety and efficiency.
Financial Sustainability
<ul>
<li>Track and monitor Club finances bi-weekly, including budget tracking and cash deposits for a budget up to $200,000.</li>
<li>Manage marketing, registration, and collection of WI Shares and private pay fees to ensure the Club’s overall financial sustainability.</li>
<li>Oversee purchasing and invoicing processes using proper databases.</li>
<li>Complete monthly reviews of general ledger for accuracy.</li>
</ul>
*Serve as a Club credit card holder, ensuring responsible use and reconciliation of expenses.
Compliance
<ul>
<li>Ensure timely submission of monthly club reports and adherence to internal and external reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Uphold Club policies and requirements according to the Employee Handbook, Member Care Manual, and DCF251 for group childcare centers.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with grants that are a part of the Club’s budget.</li>
<li>Oversee completion of all required assessments, reviews, and reports related to staffing, safety, and program performance.</li>
<li>Maintain CACFP food program training and compliance with all meal service requirements.</li>

Education Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
