The Supervisor Information Technology Services will assist the manager with overseeing technical assistance regarding hardware/software related requests through Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) elements such as incident management and request fulfillment.  Minimum Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or related field PLUS 3 years of senior level desktop, server, storage, network or telephony communications support experience required; an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position such as those listed above may also be qualifying. </li>
<li>3 years of progressive experience in Microsoft Office 365, Windows PC systems, Active Directory, and/or Microsoft SharePoint Online required. </li>
<li>Experience deploying, troubleshooting and managing Windows 10/11 and macOS/iOS devices in a corporate environment required. </li>

The Geffen School, in partnership with Yale Repertory Theatre (YRT), trains and advances leaders in the practice of every theatrical discipline, making art to inspire joy, empathy, and understanding in the world. DGSD's and Yale Rep's core values are artistry, belonging, collaboration, and discovery: working together as a medical school and teaching hospital may, our community comprises eight three-year MFA programs—Acting, Design, Directing, Dramaturgy and Dramatic Criticism, Playwriting, Stage Management, Technical Design and Production, and Theater Management—as well as a one-year Technical Internship program. Reporting to the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale/Yale Repertory Theatre (DGSD/YRT) Chair of Technical Design and Production (TD&amp;P) program/Director of Production, teach classes in technical production; advise, train, and supervise students of David Geffen School of Drama. Reporting to the DGSD/YRT Production Manager, advising and supervising TD&amp;P students and associated production work. RESPONSIBILITIES Teaching and Mentoring • Teach up to three (3) courses per semester in technical production and design, as assigned by the Chair of the TD&amp;P department. These may include, but are not limited to, courses on Automation, Controls, Electricity, Hydraulics and Pneumatics, Mechanical Design, Physics of Stage Machinery, Systems Integration, or subjects within area of expertise. • Collaborate with the Chair and faculty of the TD&amp;P program to engage in ongoing curriculum development. • Mentor TD&amp;P students involved in DGSD/YRT productions, working closely with the Chair and faculty of the TD&amp;P program. •Oversee the Electro-Mechanical Laboratory and Automation Laboratory. • Actively engage in research activities and integrate field advancements into your lab, teaching and mentorship responsibilities. • Oversee student independent projects and research projects in area of expertise. • Serve as an advisor for graduate student theses, as assigned by the Chair of the TD&amp;P program. • Supervise and evaluate the work of graduate students and interns. •Occasionally travel out of state for conferences and training. •Perform other duties as requested by the Chair of the TD&amp;P program. As a member of the library’s dynamic, collaborative Instructional Technology Services team, the librarian in this position has primary oversight for the Office of Legal Technology &amp; Instructional Services. This position leads the development and delivery of services supporting the integration of library resources into the curriculum, the curation and use of the library’s growing electronic resources collection, the use of scholarly communication technologies and services, and the undertaking of digital initiatives. Job DescriptionThe Administrative Supervisor is responsible for overseeing office administration functions, particularly those related to accounting and Human Resources. This position works closely, on a daily basis, with the General Manager to assure that all business administrative needs are met. Communication of work progress and significant issues with the Operations Manager or General Manager. Essential duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):

<li>Complete daily general accounting and prepare bank deposits.</li>
<li>Assist General Manager in preparing reports for revenue analysis.</li>
<li>Collect and maintain payroll data for employees. Create spreadsheets for payroll department as requested.</li>
<li>Distribute paychecks to employees.</li>
<li>Assist employees with questions on paychecks or benefits, referring them to corporate as needed.</li>
<li>Acts as the Human Resources Coordinator for facilities without an HRC.</li>
<li>Conduct new hire orientation relating to benefits and new hire paperwork. Daily reconciliation of fuel inventories in Jetstream.</li>
<li>Assist with annual open enrollment benefits process as directed by corporate Human Resources.</li>
<li>Maintain copies of personnel and benefits files.</li>
<li>Maintain attendance records and overtime hours analysis. Place collection calls for past due accounts receivable.</li>
<li>Review monthly recurring charges with General Manager, noting any changes. Review Accounts payable and prepare report for General Manager to approve. Review fuel sheets and sales.</li>
<li>Verify accuracy of gallons sold vs fuel tickets entered.</li>
<li>Create Manual invoices as needed.</li>
<li>Monitor Auto gas and Diesel sales and prepare report for General Manager.</li>
<li>Prepare Sales tax returns.</li>
<li>Prepare quarterly hangar analysis reflecting fuel gallons sold.</li>
<li>Assist General Manager with preparing the annual budget.</li>
<li>Creates and assists with various month end reports for the corporate office and/Regional Controller.</li>
<li>Supervise Accounts payable personnel and other general office duties where applicable.</li>
<li>Prepare special reports and analyses, participate in projects.</li>
</ul>

<li>Minimum three (3) years experience in administrative/Human Resources office environment.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree or some college experience preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Minimum of 18 years of age.</li>
<li>Previous customer service experience.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Good organizational skills.</li>
<li>Must maintain a valid state driver’s license.</li>
<li>Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations with minimal errors.</li>
<li>Proficiency in use of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.</li>
