 Minimum Qualifications:

The Marin Community Foundation (MCF) is seeking a Director for Affordable Housing &amp; Homelessness Initiative under its new strategic vision. The new Affordable Housing &amp; Homelessness initiative seeks to reach functional zero chronic homelessness and achieve affordable housing for all Marin County residents. The leader of this initiative will advance and implement the initiative strategy to maximize community impact. The Associate Dean is a leadership partner to the Dean. Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Finance at Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) has oversight of the financial, risk management and information technology operations of the organization. In collaboration with the Executive Director, the Director of Finance is delegated a high degree of responsibility to recommend and implement fiscal policies and procedures in partnership with university colleagues to ensure that ASI operates appropriately within the financial policies of the California State University (CSU) Board of Trustees and the University, while sustaining sound business practices, and strengthening the financial health of ASI.
The Director of Finance will sit as a non-voting member and serve as an advisor to the ASI Student Board of Directors, which doubles as the Sacramento State Student Government. &nbsp;&nbsp;
The ASI Director of Finance serves as ASI administrator in charge in the absence of the Executive Director.&nbsp;
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Accounting

<li>Oversees the supervision and management of all aspects of the functional areas of the Accounting Services department, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, cashiering, fixed asset management, internal controls, policy development and implementation, legal, and audit compliance as well as maintenance of the general ledger.</li>
<li>Provides insight and education regarding ASI and CSU Sacramento budget and financial operations to the ASI Student Board of Directors, full-time staff, student-staff, campus partners and the student community at a level of their understanding.</li>
<li>Oversees the preparation of the annual financial statements and 990 for ASI and the Union WELL.</li>
<li>Facilitates implementation of quality standards and priority criteria for service processes.</li>
<li>Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through assessment, staff training, and resource development. Ensures compliance with state and federal tax laws and reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Ensures compliance with all internal controls and identifies potential improvements to increase efficiency of operations and security of company assets.</li>
<li>Evaluates changes in policies, laws, and available resources for impacts and adjustments to related policies, procedures, and staff responsibilities.</li>

Minimum Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY
The Automotive and Equipment Technician Manager provides skilled mechanical work in the maintenance and repair of automotive and related equipment. Will also complete metal fabrication as needed and perform related work as required. Provides support for all POA departments. Responsible for managing EvolvCS and Rocs electronic billing system, its submission, rejections, and adjustment process on a bi-weekly basis. Posts billing revenue, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly on or after the 10th following the month end.
Downloads electronic payment files from governmental agencies, or health care providers, imports into the EvolvCS AR sub-ledger system.
Evaluates and implements an effective Accounts Receivable system in EvolveCS, potentially replacing the detail general ledger AR accounts in the current Microsoft Dynamic system for all EvolvCS electronic billing accounts.
Interacts with Quality Assurance Director, including staff, regarding billing documentation requirements under the accreditation standards and Accountable Care Act.

Verifies billing rates, obtaining approvals, and determining proper account distribution as well as entering into the A/P system.
