SALARY: $675 - $767 per week
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Responsible for store warehousing operations including all phases of receiving, issuing, storing, inspecting and providing accountability for ASC controlled materials.</li>
<li>Ensures that all inventory is received, tracked, and verified at time of delivery.</li>
<li>Ensures that store and its merchandise are maintained in a professional and eye appealing condition.</li>
<li>Ensures stock on hand is replenished as required to meet daily demand of merchandise.</li>
<li>Assists in the creation of displays and advertisement to maximize sales of store merchandise.</li>

<li>Reduces physical inventory quantities to prescribed levels based on stock demands and historical data.</li>

<li>Participates in MCI trainings and drill as determined by supervisor.</li>
<li>Performs duties in support of Infrastructure and Operations Division metrics (as provided by supervisor).</li>
<li>Supports the achievement of ASC metrics, whether metrics are directly or indirectly, effected by this position's work activities.</li>
<li>Complies with all ASC Environmental Health &amp; Safety, and Quality Assurance, requirements and goals. Provides documentation to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.</li>

Position Overview
The Retail Sales Associate will work closely with their team members and report directly to the Retail Manager. <li>Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma</li>
<li>1-3 years of retail experience</li>
<li>Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role</li>
<li>Familiarity with POS (Point of Sales)</li>
<li>Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Outstanding customer service skills</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to upsell</li>
</ul>
Working Conditions
<ul>
<li>Primarily based in a retail environment, overseeing store operations and staff. Occasional outdoor exposure to heat, sun, wind and cold</li>
<li>Full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays, to align with store hours</li>
<li>Fast-paced atmosphere requiring adaptability to changing retail trends and demands</li>
<li>Frequent interaction with customers, employees, and vendors to enhance the shopping experience</li>
<li>Responsibilities may include managing inventory in various storage areas and the sales floor</li>
<li>Potential travel to multiple store locations for oversight and training</li>
<li>Adherence to safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment for staff and customers</li>
<li>Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds</li>
