DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients presenting with mental health concerns.</li>
<li>Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including pharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions.</li>
<li>Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate comprehensive patient care.</li>
<li>Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute psychiatric episodes.</li>
<li>Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.</li>
<li>Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with advances in psychiatry.</li>

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of a residency in Psychiatry</li>
<li>Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in clinical assessment and treatment of psychiatric disorders</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and psychotherapeutic modalities</li>
