<li>Greet guests and provide excellent customer service using centralized registration system.</li>
<li>Handle cash and credit card transactions; maintain bank and accurate paperwork.</li>
<li>Deliver items to guests, resolve guest issues and complaints or elevate to supervisor.</li>
<li>Coordinate guest and room needs with housekeeping department.</li>
<li>Check and balance daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts.</li>

More about you
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in POS, credit and cash handling and customer service is beneficial.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Good verbal and written communication skills to work with guests and team members.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment individually or in a team.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Should have basic math skills to accurately reconcile folios.</li>
<li>No high school diploma or GED required</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to stand and walk entirety of shift.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Will bend, twist, crouch, push, pull, grasp items, and climb stairs throughout shift.</li>
<li>Occasional lifting 25 pounds.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Visual acuity&nbsp;and manual dexterity to work with computer and paperwork.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Exposure to and use of chemicals required to clean and sanitize work areas.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, as well as bend and climb stairs throughout shifts</li>
