 Job Description The Division of Applied Social Sciences (DASS) at the University of Missouri invites applications for Assistant/Associate Professor of Agribusiness Management and MFA Chair in Agribusiness. The position supports teaching and research in DASS relating to agribusinesses, with a particular emphasis on cooperatives and producer-owned organizations. Areas of research relevant to this appointment may include new institutional economics, organizational economics, and transaction cost-based analysis of markets and organizations, as well as cooperative governance, management, finance, value chain coordination, collective action benefits to producers, and the interaction of these areas with cooperative performance and public policy implications. Candidates with backgrounds in economics, agricultural economics, and related fields are encouraged to apply. This is a nine-month appointment. The candidate hired at the Assistant Professor rank will be eligible for the endowed chair appointment upon successful promotion with tenure at the Associate Professor rank. Position Summary
Regis seeks a qualified candidate to join its staff as an English Teacher beginning September 2026. This is a full-time, faculty position. Position comes with full benefits. Work hours may vary and will include some evenings and weekends for special school events. Salary is competitive for the New York City area and is commensurate with experience. The 2026-2027 school year for faculty members ends approximately Thursday, June 15, 2027.
Job Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Position may include teaching a 9th grade through 11th grade curriculum and a 12th grade elective course of the teacher’s choosing. Given the advanced nature of our English curriculum, which in many respects mirrors undergraduate study, the successful candidate will be able to teach texts and concepts with depth, intellectual rigor, and pedagogical sophistication.</li>
<li>Performs academic services that include the preparation of examinations, the correction and assignment of grades, and assigned proctoring. </li>
<li>Maintains daily availability to students in one’s assigned Department Resource Center through the school day when not teaching class, as well as for one hour after school each week. </li>
<li>Facilitates customary conferences with students and parents; offers individual guidance to students serving as an academic advisor with a student advisement group; directs student cocurricular activities; serves on faculty committees; actively participates in studying department and school issues; prepares syllabi. </li>
<li>Attends and participates in key faculty and staff events as required, as well as faculty meetings;will provide other such professional incidental services in accordance with the judgement of the Principal and the school’s needs and requirements. </li>
<li>Participates in ongoing professional development. </li>
<li>Supports and advances the Catholic and Jesuit mission of the school. </li>

Compensation &amp; Benefits

$73,093 - $150,870, commensurate with years of experience and level of success in the institutional advancement area, eligible for most benefits immediately.
Other Expectations
