This position is located in a medical environment and will provide an opportunity to facilitate daily tasks along with other employees in the office. There will be phone calls to answer and facilitate, and registration of patients with a professional interaction. There will be a requirement to learn the protocols for referring patients for medical tests, therapy and consultations, and the ability to coordinate with hospital personnel. Protocols with different insurance companies will be learned. The collaboration with the hospital to facilitate surgeries may be required to support the medical assistant or the physician's assistant.
