We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and compassionate individual to join our small primary care practice in Manasquan, NJ. This is a part-time position working Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. No prior medical office experience is necessary—we are happy to train the right person. Responsibilities include welcoming patients, checking them into our electronic medical record (EMR) system, collecting copays, answering phones, scheduling appointments, escorting patients to exam rooms, obtaining vital signs, and assisting with general front-office duties. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is comfortable using computers, is organized, reliable, and enjoys working with people. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour and includes a paid lunch and paid holidays.
