About the Role
BABCO Building Services is seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge to join our team in Pennsylvania. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of a residential community.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor and control building access in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Receive and log packages, deliveries, and visitor information.
- Answer phone calls and respond promptly to resident requests and inquiries.
- Monitor security cameras and report any unusual activity or incidents.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, visitor records, and incident reports.
- Communicate effectively with property management, maintenance staff, and vendors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in concierge services, front desk, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Availability to work weekends from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
