Compensation:
$89,000 - $220,000
Responsibilities:

Follow up on team-provided leads and convert them into clients

Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions

Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand client needs

Host open houses and showcase listings

Draft purchase agreements and listing agreements

Manage transactions from first contact through closing

Keep CRM and systems updated with current client information
Qualifications:

California real estate license — active or currently in progress (both welcome)

Lives in or near Contra Costa County

Strong communicator who builds trust naturally with clients

Self-motivated with excellent time management and follow-through

Coachable and ready to follow a proven system

Previous sales experience a plus but not required
