Qualifications & Requirements:
- License: Active California Real Estate License (Required).
- Experience: Demonstrated track record of successful residential transactions in Orange County (1+ years preferred).
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the coastal luxury markets of Newport and Huntington Beach, or the master-planned communities of Irvine.
- Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to leverage leads to cultivate listings and buyer relationships to close.
- Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills tailored to discerning clientele.

- Deliver an exceptional, end-to-end real estate assistance to buyers and sellers across Orange County.
- Strategically utilize CalSo's Homes leads to expand your sphere and win exclusive listings and closings.
- Utilize our premium office hubs in Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, and Irvine for high-impact client consultations and deal-making.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity, discretion, and market expertise representing the CalSo Homes brand.
