We are looking for a shinning star to join our concierge team!
The Concierge at EXO is a vital brand ambassador responsible for creating exceptional first and lasting impressions. This role blends hospitality, sales, guest engagement, and social media promotion. You are the face of EXO, welcoming guests, educating them on our full range of services, driving bookings and upgrades, and helping promote the brand both in-house and online.
This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, sales-driven, organized, and passionate about hospitality, lifestyle branding, and creating memorable guest experiences.
What You’ll Do:
-Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
-Educate guests on EXO’s full experience (restaurant, bar, nail, med spa)
-Drive bookings, upgrades, and add-on sales
-Manage appointments and guest flow
-Promote events, specials, and experiences
-Support social media content and brand presence
-Keep the front desk and guest areas clean and organized

-Is confident, outgoing, and sales-driven
-Has strong communication skills
-Is organized and detail-oriented
-Thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment
-Loves hospitality, branding, and guest experience
-Is comfortable with social media (Instagram/TikTok a plus)
