Part‐Time Medical Receptionist – Primary Family Medicine, LLC
Primary Family Medicine, LLC is seeking a part‐time Medical Receptionist (29 hours/week, Fridays off) with experience in medical insurance, copays, deductibles, and eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient check‐in and check‐out
- Insurance verification and copay collection
- Understanding deductibles and patient responsibility
- Scheduling and documentation in eClinicalWorks
- Professional phone and front‐desk support
Requirements:
- Prior medical office experience preferred
- Knowledge of insurance basics (copay, deductible, coinsurance)
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks EMR
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Schedule:
- 29 hours per week
- Fridays off
- Steady part‐time role in a busy primary care clinic
