Part‐Time Medical Receptionist – Primary Family Medicine, LLC

Primary Family Medicine, LLC is seeking a part‐time Medical Receptionist (29 hours/week, Fridays off) with experience in medical insurance, copays, deductibles, and eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient check‐in and check‐out
• Insurance verification and copay collection
• Understanding deductibles and patient responsibility
• Scheduling and documentation in eClinicalWorks
• Professional phone and front‐desk support

Requirements:

• Prior medical office experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance basics (copay, deductible, coinsurance)
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks EMR
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Schedule:

• 29 hours per week
• Fridays off
• Steady part‐time role in a busy primary care clinic
