Job SummaryWe are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll help create a welcoming experience while managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and supporting our medical staff with administrative needs.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Previous medical office experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Collect and verify insurance information and patient demographics
  • Maintain and organize patient records and documentation
  • Process payments and co-pays

Support clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered attitude
