We are a local, established homebuilder with over 10,000 closings and are now expanding beyond the Las Vegas Valley into Reno, Nevada. Our first Reno community—opening later this spring—will feature approximately 200 homes with highly competitive pricing for the Reno market. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a major expansion and help launch a new community from the ground up!

Who We’re Looking For:
· A top-performing real estate professional with a stellar track record in home sales.
· A self-starting, experienced Sales Consultant who can independently open and manage a Sales Office.
· Someone who is tech-savvy, adaptable, and thrives on a competitive sales floor.
· A professional who embraces change and is excited to be part of a growing, evolving company.
· Someone who shares our service-first mindset, inspired by companies like Costco and Southwest Airlines.
· A Nevada-licensed Realtor, preferably with expertise in FHA, VA, and government-backed financing.
· A Spanish-speaking professional, ready to connect with and serve a diverse clientele.
