We are a local, established homebuilder with over 10,000 closings and are expanding beyond the Las Vegas Valley with new communities in Pahrump, Nevada. Our first Pahrump community – opening later this spring – will feature approximately 200 homes. This community represents a powerful value proposition: buyers can afford significantly more home than in Las Vegas, making Pahrump a smart trade-off for those willing to commute in exchange for homeownership, affordability, larger homesites and a better quality of life. Who We’re Looking For:
· A top-performing real estate professional with a stellar track record in home sales.
· A self-starting, experienced Sales Consultant who can independently open and manage a Sales Office.
· Someone who is tech-savvy, adaptable, and thrives in a competitive sales environment.
· A persuasive communicator who can confidently present the “smart trade-off” story and overcome commute objections.
· A professional who embraces change and is excited to be part of a growing, evolving company.
· Someone who shares our service-first mindset, inspired by companies like Costco and Southwest Airlines.
· A Nevada-licensed Realtor, preferably with expertise in FHA, VA, and government-backed financing.
· A Spanish-speaking professional, ready to connect with and serve a diverse clientele.
