Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, reliable Line Cook to join our back-of-house team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, works well under pressure, and takes pride in preparing high-quality dishes that reflect our menu and standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

Prepare food items consistently and efficiently according to recipes, quality standards, and kitchen protocols

Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station throughout the shift

Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed

Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed

Communicate clearly with other team members and leadership

Follow executive chef’s instructions and contribute to team-oriented service
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in a high-volume kitchen

Culinary school training is a plus but not required

Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

ServSafe Certification (preferred)
