This Patient Access Center is responsible for answering calls for 50+ offices that are part or affiliated with the hospital system. The hospital system is migrating an additional 50 offices to their phone system and their team is urgently hiring. The PAC Representatives are responsible for answering all phone calls for the offices including patient appointments, prescription refills, rescheduling an appointment, following up on results, etc. The PAC will document these phone calls within the Talk desk system, complete the request or escalate the call if deemed necessary. <li>Teachers are expected to complete daily observations of children and create daily experience plans that build on children’s prior experiences.</li>
<li>Encourage and model appropriate behavior and expectations.</li>
<li>Teachers are responsible for capitalizing on opportunities to help children build vocabulary by asking the children a series of follow-up questions to get a deeper understanding of the children.</li>

Program
<ul>
<li>In collaboration with others in the program, make decisions daily on materials, activities, and environments that provide a balance that supports the child’s learning.</li>
<li>Responsible for the observation and documentation of each child’s health, behavior, growth, and development.</li>
<li>Supervise children, following all safety and health rules for the eight children in the classroom.</li>
<li>Keep the environment safe, clean, organized, and accessible to children.</li>
<li>Complete appropriate documentation to report incidents and accidents.</li>

Requirements:
Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED and 45 DCF hours.
