Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions, service needs, and general insurance-related requests.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Support customer account updates, documentation, and policy servicing needs.
- Assist with preparing insurance quotes and reviewing customer needs.
- Develop strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
- Learn insurance products, processes, systems, and industry best practices.
- Work collaboratively with experienced team members to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Develop sales, service, and relationship-building skills in a professional environment.
