About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dietary Manager to join our team at Envive Healthcare of Sullivan. As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our dietary department, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals that meet their unique needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:

Manage the dietary department, including supervising and coordinating the activities of dietary staff and volunteers

Plan, prepare, and serve meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents

Ensure that all meals are prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner

Coordinate with our culinary team to develop menus that are appealing and nutritious

Monitor and control food costs, utilizing cost-effective purchasing and inventory management strategies

Maintain accurate records of meal production, inventory, and food costs

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including those related to food safety and handling
Requirements:

Experience in dietary and long-term/healthcare a plus
-
Current and valid Serve Safe Manager's Food Safety Certificate

Prefer restaurant, hotel, or some formal Hospitality experience

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
