We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Quality Inspector to join our team. The position requires working Monday through Thursday from 6 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional overtime on Fridays. The successful candidate will perform quality inspections on machined parts for the Aerospace and Defense industry in a separate quality department room.
Responsibilities

What You'll Do:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Play a pivotal role in diligently maintaining the physical plan and grounds</li>
<li>Work with the Director to set annual goals and implement strategies to achieve them</li>
<li>Work to turn around apartments for showcasing and renting to prospective residents</li>
<li>Actively communicate scheduled maintenance</li>
<li>Assist the Director of Environmental Services with tasks as assigned</li>
</ul>
What you will need:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li>
<li>1-2 years of experience in Senior Housing working in maintenance or as a handyman is preferred.</li>
<li>Active Boilers and Pool license is preferred</li>
</ul>
