Job Description

We are seeking a Material Handler for a 12-month onsite contract in St. Paul, MN. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations by ensuring the timely movement, storage, and distribution of materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform stocking activities using FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.
  • Operate pallet jacks to transport materials safely throughout the warehouse.
  • Count, verify, and kit materials according to production orders.
  • Learn and maintain stock locations across both the 1st and 2nd floor warehouse areas.
  • Pull and verify materials and supplies required for production.
  • Deliver production materials and supplies to designated work areas.
  • Stage finished products for final distribution.
  • Maintain clean, organized inventory areas, workspaces, and equipment.
  • Follow established processes, operating procedures, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records with clear handwriting and strong attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management, stocking, kitting, and material movement.
  • Familiarity with FIFO inventory practices.
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack.
  • Strong counting, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
