Job Overview:
This brand-new state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to open in May 2025. Interviews will begin in March 2025.
We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guest.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Technicians use their knowledge &amp; skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest&nbsp;</li>
<li>Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles</li>
<li>Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections</li>
<li>Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively</li>
<li>Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization</li>
<li>Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications 
Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest</li>
<li>3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic</li>
<li>ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve</li>
<li>Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles</li>
<li>Meet or exceed hourly goals</li>
<li>Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes</li>
<li>Professional appearance and strong communication</li>
<li>A desire for long-term career development</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds</li>
<li>Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head</li>
<li>Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair</li>
<li>Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools</li>
<li>Walk/stand for the majority of their workday</li>
<li>Drive manual transmissions vehicles</li>
<li>Efficiently navigate a computer</li>
</ul>

TEAM LEAD / MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Manage roofing projects from start to finish from sales and insurance claims to project management/installation</li>
<li>Lead sales staff and labor crew</li>
<li>Supervise job sites and crews throughout the installation/production process</li>
<li>Oversee all sales activities including canvassing, setting up appointments, presentations, and closing sales/signing contracts. Run appointments/consultations throughout the week.</li>
<li>Perform estimates and inspections</li>
<li>Ordering materials, completing material order sheet</li>
<li>Complete labor sheets for your crew</li>
<li>Starting the insurance claim, reading insurance scopes, invoicing, and collecting payment</li>
<li>Provide the utmost customer service to new and existing customers</li>
<li>Track sales and projects in our CRM AccuLynx</li>
<li>Uphold the company’s core values</li>
</ul>
TEAM LEAD / MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>2+ years of residential roofing sales and installation experience</li>
<li>Have a valid driver's license and vehicle for attending sales appointments and job sites</li>
<li>Must be willing to work Monday to Saturday</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a background check</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to travel locally (roughly 2 hours within your area)</li>
<li>Commits 10-12 hours per day toward their own success</li>
<li>Money-motivated and self-motivated with strong customer service skills</li>
<li>Honesty and professionalism</li>
<li>Can lift up to 70 lbs as needed (building materials)</li>
