Our client is a seeking a Front Desk Receptionist.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist/Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff. This role balances resident interaction with light administrative duties in a welcoming and organized environment. Training will be provided to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents, visitors, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Handle mail and package distribution, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate vendor services for front desk equipment.
  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support smooth front desk operations, including opening/closing procedures and securing files or equipment.
  • Train and mentor new team members when required.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, front desk, or customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly organized, reliable, and professional.
  • Comfortable working in a medium foot-traffic environment with residents.
