SUMMARY
As a bell person, you will offer professional service and assist guests with their arrivals and departures with luggage handling, and provide information about Hotel Services, local attractions, and restaurants.
Requirements:
SOME DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proven customer service skills and experience in a hotel environment
- Requires extensive walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting to 50lbs
- Provide Valet Service as needed (Must have clean driving abstract)
- Maintains knowledge of hotel amenities and services offered.
- Must be available to work AM shift, PM shift, weekends, and Holidays
- Strong front desk and guest services experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud and HotSos helpful
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
