What You'll Do
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to brand and hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest room supplies.
- Clean bathrooms, vacuum floors, dust furniture, and sanitize surfaces.
- Report maintenance concerns and safety issues promptly.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are welcoming and presentable.
- Deliver exceptional service by helping create a positive guest experience.
- Work closely with fellow housekeeping team members and hotel staff to support daily operations.
