This role involves hands-on polishing, inspection, and equipment setup to meet exacting standards for size, taper, and surface finish. 1st shift&nbsp;- Monday - Thursday &nbsp;6am-4:30pm2nd shift - Monday - Thursday 4:15pm-2:45am What You’ll Do:

2nd shift Laminator Operator- Train on 1st shift 6:30a-3:00pm/ normal hours 3pm - 11:30pm

As an&nbsp;Industrial Paint Preparer, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of industrial products and surfaces. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing surfaces for priming, painting, and ensuring the proper adhesion of topcoat paints. You will work closely with painters and other team members to meet project specifications and deadlines while adhering to safety and quality standards. RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Prepare products for blast, prime or paint, etc.</li>
<li>Blow off sand or debris</li>
<li>Tape or plug areas that do not require blast, prime or paint</li>
<li>Transport to proper locations and set up in bay</li>
<li>Take product down</li>
<li>Look over and touch up light or missed areas</li>
<li>Place parts on pallet</li>
<li>Wrap or band product for shipment</li>
<li>Load and unload racks of parts for cleaning and spraying.</li>
<li>Mask parts prior to paint.</li>
<li>Inspect and wrap painted parts.</li>
<li>Light assembly using common hand tools and clinch hardware press.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>

<li>Must have basic measuring skills</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and adapt to different processes</li>
<li>Experience in a manufacturing or production environment including basic knowledge of work order routers (travelers).</li>
