Compensation:
\n
The first two weeks of training are paid at an hourly rate of $17.13 to $17.13 per hour, at the minimum wage rate in the location where you work. After training the hourly rate remains the same and incentive eligibility begins. This position is eligible to earn bi-weekly and monthly incentives, as well as quarterly written sales bonus. Incentive rates range from 0.25% to 30% depending on products sold and written sales volume. The quarterly written sales bonus is based on total written sales volume and is reasonably expected to range from $0 to $3,500.00 based on fiscal quarter store and individual sales performance.

Summary:

The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for providing support to the Sales Manager and assisting with management duties as directed.

Responsibilities:

<li>Managing all departments in the showroom as directed by the Sales Manager.</li>

<li>Reviewing sales including margins, volume, quotas, and closing ratios while suggesting future goals.</li>

<li>Assisting the Sales Manager with customer-related issues escalating above the Guest Experience Manager.</li>

<li>Working with the Visual Presentation Manager regarding product placement Reporting changes in policy and other information to staff members.</li>

Since 1957, Kroy Industries has been manufacturing and supplying our global customers with the highest quality products and unmatched customer service. Kroy is the only "Single Source" for Aluminum and PVC pipe and fittings in the industry.
Kroy is currently hiring for the positions of steel welder and aluminum welder. Welders are responsible for designing, cutting, and permanently joining metal parts together through the application of appropriate welding techniques.
More specifically fusing steel and aluminum materials together using high heat equipment and welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and electric arc welding to produce pipe and fittings for industrial and agricultural end users.
Pay: $20 - $22 per hour
