Monument Realty is seeking a detail-oriented individual with an interest in commercial real estate to join our team as Tenant Services Coordinator. Summary Description: Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of property services to tenants while emphasizing a positive response to tenant concerns.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work Order Management
- Perform regular building inspections
- Code all invoices for various properties and follow up with vendors to resolve billing issues
- Create tenant billbacks as needed
- Distribute monthly tenant statements
- Coordination and planning of tenant events and building activities
- Responsible for certificate of insurance tracking and management for both tenants and vendors
- Management of tenant contact lists
- Responsible for access control management
- Serves as point of contact for tenants in the buildings
- Communicates with building engineers and other onsite staff to address tenant concerns and requests
- Manages and promotes tenant conference center
- Maintains and updates vendor contracts
- Carries out other duties as assigned by the Property Manager
Education & Experience:
- 1-3 years of prior commercial real estate experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Skills:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong writing skills
- Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and self-sufficient
- Eager to provide a high level of customer service
