What you will be doing

We are looking for someone who speaks fluent English to contribute their expertise toward training and refining cutting-edge AI systems.

<li>Adopt a “user mindset” to produce natural data to meet the realistic needs you have or would use AI for.</li>

<li>Use the tool of rubrics to address user needs in a structured way.</li>
\n
<li>Evaluate AI outputs by reviewing and ranking reasoning and problem-solving responses from large language models.</li>

<li>Contribute across projects depending on your specific skillset and experience.</li>

What we’re looking for

<li>Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (or currently enrolled).</li>
\n
<li>Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop complex, professional-level prompts and evaluate nuanced AI reasoning.</li>

<li>Strong Writing: Clear, concise, and engaging writing to explain decisions or critique responses.</li>
\n
<li>Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy and ability to assess technical aspects of model outputs. Nice to Haves:</li>

<li>Experience in fields like literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, theology, etc.</li>
\n
<li>Prior writing or editorial experience (content strategist, technical writer, editor, etc.).</li>
\n
<li>Interest or background in AI, machine learning, or creative tech tools.</li>

Project Consulting Group is actively hiring an ERP Project Manager skilled in implementations to drive the upgrades of ERP systems and applications. We are looking for “High Competence | High Character | Low Ego” leaders who are experienced, knowledgeable, passionate about their field, and eager to deliver value to our clients.
Our ideal candidate:

<li>Ability to roll up sleeves and handle project management duties including preparing project plans, handling resources, status reporting, cross functional management ect.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills both written and verbal.</li>
<li>Expert in MS Project, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.</li>
</ul>
Primary Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Implement multiple ERP systems in manufacturing operations both large and small.</li>
<li>Ensure project deliverables are defined and strategically aligned with business objectives.</li>
<li>Define, estimate and schedule project tasks and interdependencies to achieve project scope.</li>
<li>Identify project resource requirements and hold resources accountable for delivery.</li>
<li>Adhere to approved project methodology and maintain project artifacts and records.</li>
<li>Analyze project performance, create cost benefit analysis and identify optimal solutions.</li>
<li>Implement corrective actions to ensure project success and facilitates project change requests.</li>
<li>Provide stakeholder communications and progress reports that effectively outline the project status, risks, issues and action plans to ensure project success.</li>
<li>Escalate risks and issues with potential significant impact.</li>
<li>Work effectively to develop the project agenda and ensure adoption of project deliverables by all affected parties.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.</li>
<li>3+ years of ERP implementation experience.</li>
<li>Experience with supply chain and how to make it function in a cross functional, multi layered environment.</li>
<li>Skilled in multiple project management and process best practices like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizan, Waterfall, Agile ect.</li>
<li>Proven record of working on successful ERP implementations.</li>
<li>Ability to gather, analyze and organize complex data and processes and arrive at reasonable and carefully substantiated conclusions.</li>
<li>Strong organization, facilitation, planning and time management skills.</li>
<li>Project Management or Process Certification.</li>
