Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
Telecommute Eligibility: This position has the option to telecommute upon eligibility. In office 3 days, remote 2 days.

Position Summary
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, and ongoing development of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and related technologies. This role ensures data integrity, improves system efficiency, supports reporting and analytics, and drives process improvements through automation and technology enhancements.
The HRIS Analyst serves as a key resource for HR systems and partners closely with HR, IT, vendors, and business leaders to support organizational goals and improve the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain HRIS functionality, including configuration, security, user roles, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Support HR service delivery and ticketing platforms, including workflows, queue management, reporting, and knowledge base maintenance.

Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics, and data extracts to support HR and business decision-making.

Ensure data integrity through audits, validation processes, and continuous improvement efforts.

Document processes, workflows, system configurations, and user procedures.

Provide training and technical support to HR team members and system users.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend technology solutions.

Monitor and support integrations between HRIS and payroll, benefits, recruiting, learning, and timekeeping systems.

Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies regarding HR information.

Serve as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for HR technology systems.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of HRIS experience supporting systems such as UKG, ADP, Dayforce, Workday, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of HR functions including compensation, benefits, payroll, and talent management.

Experience creating complex reports, data extracts, and analytics using SQL and reporting tools.

Knowledge of data governance, system security, and user access management.

Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience documenting processes and conducting audits or diagnostic testing.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications

Certified HRIS Professional (CHP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certifications.

Experience supporting compensation, benefits, or workforce analytics programs.

Prior experience within healthcare, faith-based, or religious organizations.

Familiarity with the mission, values, and culture of the Sisters of Mercy and the Catholic Church.
