JOB DESCRIPTION
- Spray application painting using specialized equipment
- Ensure surfaces properly prepared for paint
- Taping, sanding, minor repairs as needed
- Make sure equipment stays in top shape
- Make sure job site and trucks look professional
- Learn the Spray-Net way
- Play your part in blowing the customers’ mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and it’s the best part of our job)
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Language: English
- Complete our online and on-site training program
- 2+ years in painting industry
- Valid driver’s license and or vehicle
- Pride in your work and attention to detail
- Independent & self-motivated
- Organized
- Enjoy making customers happy
- Flexible working hours
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to lift and move a ladder
BENEFITS
- Base hourly rate plus performance-based compensation
