Qualifications
- Requires active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Illinois
- PEL (Professional Educator License) is required
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred, but open to dedicated new travelers
Responsibilities
- Provide OT services to K-12 students district-wide
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with educators, families, and administrators
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized intervention plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
