What You'll Do
As an Installation Technician, you'll install radon mitigation systems and indoor air quality solutions that help create healthier indoor environments for homeowners.
Responsibilities include
- Install radon mitigation systems and indoor air quality products.
- Use hand and power tools to complete safe, professional installations.
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for each day's schedule.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites while treating every home with care and respect.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer basic questions during the installation process.
The ideal candidate
- Has experience in a skilled trade.
- Has strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Is dependable, self-motivated, and works well independently.
- Communicates professionally and treats customers with respect.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and safely perform the physical demands of lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and operating multiple power tools.
