The Experienced Steel Foreman serves as the crew lead for self-performing construction activities including:
<ul>
<li>Setting conventional steel and pre-engineered metal building erection</li>
<li>Installing metal wall/roof panel</li>
<li>Placing building insulation</li>
<li>Installing metal trim/flashing</li>
<li>Rough carpentry and demolition. </li>
<li>Maintains a clean and organized job site, including job site construction office</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in steel/metal building erection strongly preferred</li>
<li>Honest, trustworthy, and dependable</li>
<li>Ability to manage crews, suppliers, and subcontractors</li>
<li>Self-starter with excellent communication and leadership</li>
<li>Ability to receive direction and work with and without supervision</li>
<li>Demonstrated proficiency in the use, care, and safety of construction tools (saws, drills, levels, ect.) and equipment (scissor lift, forklifts, boom lifts, skid steer, etc.)</li>
<li>Experience reading and interpreting plans/blueprints</li>
