We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Service Representative to join our team on an unscheduled part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate and efficient use of time slots.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to facilitate patient care and services.

Requirements:
