NEW POSITION FOR SOMEONE WITH STRONG DATA ANALYSIS SKILLS!! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

<li>Enters, changes, and maintains item master data critical for the successful execution of most data-related processes, from scheduling and production to shipping and finance.</li>
<li>Participates in cross-functional business processes pertaining to the item life cycle data management, including new item setup, change management, and obsolescence.</li>
<li>Runs and monitors reporting tools to ensure accurate data and smooth business functions.</li>
<li>Maintains effective internal controls, processes, and procedures related to data management and integrity. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintains efficient data systems to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and security. Collects, organizes, and validates large volumes of data from multiple sources. Monitors data quality and resolve inconsistencies or integrity issues.</li>
<li>Maintains proper documentation of product data change history and in-process projects.</li>
<li>Monitors and follows up on business process workflows to ensure they are properly approved and completed in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Collaborates with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals, ensure compliance with internal policies, and facilitate regular process check-in meetings.</li>
<li>May participate in data-related projects that result in new or changed business processes.</li>
</ul>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience to substitute for education will be considered.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills as they will lead meetings and work cross functional with key stakeholders and team.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with ERP item masters, bills of material and routings in a manufacturing environment is required.</li>
<li>Proficient with computers and Excel, particularly. &nbsp;Knowledge of ERP systems would be preferred.</li>
