About the Role
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality? We’re looking for Cleanroom Production Operators to join a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art facility. You’ll play a key role in producing life-enhancing products in a cleanroom environment, ensuring every step meets the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Operate specialized machinery for packaging and production.</li>
<li>Maintain a sterile and organized workspace through regular cleaning and equipment sterilization.</li>
<li>Follow strict GMP and SOP guidelines to ensure product integrity.</li>
<li>Accurately document production activities and inspections.</li>
<li>Wear full PPE, including respirators, and adhere to cleanroom gowning protocols.</li>
<li>Inspect vials using magnification tools to detect any impurities.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring
<ul>
<li>6 months to 1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong English communication and documentation skills.</li>
<li>Basic math, reading, and writing proficiency.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.</li>
<li>Comfortable standing for extended periods and working around controlled substances.</li>
</ul>
Bonus Skills
<ul>
<li>Experience in medical device assembly or general production.</li>
<li>Familiarity with inspection tools like calipers and micrometers.</li>
<li>Understanding of quality assurance/control and GMP standards.</li>
</ul>

Your Work Environment

<li>Cleanroom setting, regulated by GMP standards.</li>
<li>Small team assembly tasks at individual workstations (8–10 tables).</li>
<li>Hygiene and safety are top priorities—gowning required at the start of each shift.</li>
</ul>
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.15/hr.
