JOULE Fitness (https://www.joulefitnessstudio.com/) is a premier boutique fitness studio in Danville, California. The role as Fitness Instructor is critical to the success of Joule and in this role, you will be responsible for providing:
- Group Class Instruction: Lead engaging and dynamic group fitness classes, delivering structured workouts that enhance strength, endurance, and mobility for all participants.
- Technique Demonstration & Choreography: Demonstrate proper form and technique for the exercise modality being taught, ensuring choreography of routines is effective and safe for all participants.
- Individualized Coaching: Provide personalized coaching and feedback to participants, helping them progress toward their individual fitness goals throughout the class.
- Safety & Supervision: Ensure the safety of all participants during classes by maintaining an organized, clean workout environment and adhering to safety protocols.
- Client Engagement & Motivation: Create a positive and motivating atmosphere in class, encouraging participant commitment and fostering a strong sense of community and customer service.
- Facility & Equipment Management: Ensure that classes start and end on time, the facility remains well-maintained, and all equipment is properly put away after each class.
- Ongoing Education & Professional Development: Continuously enhance coaching skills by staying up-to-date with industry trends, fitness techniques, and research.
The compensation offer for this position is paid based on a per-class ratewith a minimum requirement of teaching 1 class per week.
