Bartender with exceptional skills Required:
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service: Interact with customers, evaluate their needs, and make recommendations
- Maintain the bar: Keep the bar clean and organized, and ensure it has enough supplies
- Check IDs: Verify that customers are of legal drinking age
- Collect payment: Collect money from customers for drinks
- Refuse service: Refuse service to customers who are intoxicated or disruptive
- Order supplies: Submit orders or create requisition forms for liquor, beer, and other bar-related supplies
- Prepare drinks: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer, and mixed drinks
- Take orders: Receive orders from customers and waitstaff
Skills
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor
- Ability to make cocktail requests on the spot
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude
- Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems
- Management experience
