- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Efficiently process customer orders through phone calls and in-person interactions
- Prepare and assemble pizza orders with attention to quality and accuracy
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic approach
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Demonstrated multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

- Food handling experience is a plus, but not required
