Responsibilities

<li>Learn and have a working knowledge of all equipment and machinery within the Understructure, Ceiling Grid, PWP (Press, Weld, Paint), Lamination, and Fill &amp; Clean departments.</li>
<li>Position parts and monitor operations on equipment while producing products at established production standards.</li>
<li>Make minor setups including changing plate sizes and setups for various sized tubes and studs.</li>
<li>Inspect panels or parts to verify they meet quality standards while maintaining established production standards and notify appropriate personnel of issues.</li>
<li>Complete production reporting and quality paperwork accurately as required.</li>
<li>Use banding equipment and hand-jacks to ensure proper movement or storage of products or materials.</li>
<li>Maintain good housekeeping and follow established safety procedures.</li>
