What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at The Sign Center. You’ll be part of a creative and fast-paced sign shop that designs, prints, and installs everything from vehicle wraps and vinyl graphics to ADA signage and large-format prints.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, works well under deadlines, and enjoys hands-on projects that make an impact in our community. You’ll help bring our designs to life from concept to installation.
Your day may include:
- Plotting and weeding vinyl graphics and decals
- Operating large-format printers and laminators
- Applying vinyl to vehicles, windows, and signs
- Fabricating and assembling various sign types
- Installing ADA signage, engraved plates, and wall graphics
- Maintaining clean work areas, tools, and production equipment
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have solid experience with vinyl application or vehicle wraps
- Are organized, dependable, and take direction well
- Can lift materials and handle hands-on production tasks
- Have a strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Bring a positive attitude and team-player mindset every day
Bonus points if you:
- Can read shop drawings or blueprints
- Have experience in design software (Flexi, Illustrator, etc.)
- Know basic fabrication, printing, or engraving equipment
