What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Provide individualized ABA therapy to children in-home and in-school settings
-
Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

Teach communication, social, play, behavioral, and daily living skills
-
Collect and accurately record client progress data
-
Encourage positive behaviors through evidence-based interventions
-
Partner with families and clinical team members to support each child's success

Travel locally to client homes and community settings as needed
-
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
-
Help children achieve meaningful goals and celebrate every milestone
What we expect from you:

High School Diploma or GED
-
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Experience working with children preferred
-
ABA experience preferred but not required
-
RBT Certification preferred.
Schedule Options
Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
