Red Stag LLC is looking for experienced Class A CDL Tanker Drivers to join our growing dairy transportation/ farm pick up team. Drivers in this position safely pick up raw milk from local dairy farms and transport it to processing facilities throughout North Carolina and Virginia.

Responsibilities
- Safely load and transport bulk milk products from dairy farms to processing facilities.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining compliance with DOT
- regulations.
- Follow all food-grade handling and milk quality procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs, trip documentation, and delivery records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or operational concerns
- Represent Red Stag professionally when interacting with customers and dairy producers.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Tanker Endorsement Required
- Minimum Age: 23
- Minimum 2 Years of CDL Driving Experience
- Minimum 1 Year of Liquid Tanker or Food-Grade Hauling Experience Preferred
- Ability to Obtain and Maintain Milk Handler Certification
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Experience Using Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs)
- Ability to Work Independently and Manage Time Effectively
- Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to Climb Ladders and Perform Required Physical Duties
Schedule
Drivers must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed to support customer operations.
