Logistics Courier in Roanoke is Looking for a Dispatcher/Driver asap in roanoke area to help with the expansion of business. This is a hybrid position of dispatching and driving. When a driver is not available you will need to take care of route or emergency run. There will also be administrative computer work to do in the office in Roanoke.
Must live in the Roanoke Va area. This is not a remote position.
You will also have the option to work outside of your dispatch shift to make more money.
The more you are available the more you will make.
Duties would include incoming daily and nightly calls from customers and dispatching to drivers depending on your shift. This will also include you performing the local pickup and deliveries when needed for emergency orders. You will be using your own vehicle.
Must be able to multitask and have a great attitude with customers and drivers.
Our courier company provides emergency courier services for hospitals and medical facilities in the area.
Looking for a team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Must have professional image, great customer service skills, and are reliable.
