Job Description 
The Senior Manager, Materials Management is responsible for the overall performance of Materials Management for the manufacturing site, developing strategies and tactical means to support Operations and the global supply chain while upholding safety, quality, delivery, and P&amp;L (cost savings). The Senior Manager manages a mixed team of people managers for warehouse and materials management, and individual contributors for Materials Planning. The team output includes on-time delivery of materials to meet manufacturing needs and on-time delivery of product to meet global supply requirements, while developing efficiencies and process improvements. Summary
The Psychometrician is responsible for leading the analysis, development, and validation of high-stakes assessments and certification programs. Responsibilities

<li>Conduct data analysis on assessments (i.e., pilot-tests, production versions, ongoing maintenance) and surveys (e.g., item-level, test-level, demographics, etc.)</li>

Job Description 
The produce store merchandiser works directly with our retail customers and responsible for the produce merchandising at assigned stores.&nbsp; This role is designed to maximize produce product rotation and customer service through effective planning, relationship-building, and in-store servicing. A major objective of this role is to establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals while providing outstanding customer service.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Jobsite locations:
Greater Los Angeles area.&nbsp; Work will be performed in retail grocery stores located in a combination of West Los Angeles, Manhattan Beach and Long Beach, varied on customer needs. The produce merchandiser will commute to the scheduled stores on a daily basis and sometimes to other locations as needed.

<li>Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.</li>
<li>Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs frequently.</li>
<li>Ability to work without direct supervision and to prioritize activities under pressure.</li>
<li>Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours.</li>
<li>Ability to adhere to all food and safety protocols and procedures.</li>
