A Typical Day Includes: · Load dough and other ingredients into machines · Follow instructions for food products to meet requirements · Learn to operate, maintain and troubleshoot production machinery · Working with team members to keep line moving efficiently Visually check product and packaging to meet quality standards
Employees who are successful in this role tend to have… · Good mechanical aptitude · Ability to follow written instructions · Reliability and dependability · Ability work with hands · Previous machine operation a plus, but not required · Good hand-eye coordination · Ability to solve problems as they arise
